Karen Musengwa is a wife and mother of 5 children. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist, an Intuitive Reiki Master, and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Karen is the owner and founder of Your Beautiful Self Health and Wellness. She has a passion for working with individuals with neurological disorders including dementia. Her health coaching practice focuses on educating and coaching individuals on preventative approaches to reducing chronic disease as one ages. Additionally, Karen focuses on energy healing for spiritual, emotional and physical dis-ease. Karen is eager to work with you to set and achieve your goals of health and wellness! The journey will be fun and fulfilling!

What is an Intuitive Reiki Master?

Karen graduated from Julie Jancius' Angel Reiki School as an Angel Reiki Master Teacher. As an Intuitive Reiki Master Karen focuses on healing the mind, body and spirit. Many individuals hold heavy energy in their body and do not know how to release this energy. This may result is dis-ease. Karen works with individuals to release this heavy energy to assist with improving overall health and well-being. Additionally, Karen will provide coaching/guidance for healing during each Reiki session.
